Our services are designed to assist you in improving your credit report and include: Document Preparation and Credit Education: We will review your current credit reports from the applicable credit reporting agencies. Together, we will identify any inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. You will decide which items you wish to dispute, and we will guide you on the necessary steps to challenge these inaccuracies. Dispute Assistance: We will prepare all necessary correspondence to dispute the identified inaccuracies on your credit reports. Ongoing Support: You are required to forward to us any correspondence received from the credit reporting agencies. We will then assist you in further communications with these agencies. Our consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are provided through personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or other forms of communication during normal business hours.

Fees and Payment

In exchange for the above services, you agree to pay the fees as outlined in your Client Agreement. You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason within 3 business days from the agreement date without penalty. Please note, however, that no refunds will be issued for services commenced after this 3-business-day period. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing as specified in your Client Agreement.
